About the RoleAs an Investment Relations Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Investment Relations and Chief Investment Officer with investment communications and events delivered by ANZ Private's Chief Investment Office for both internal and external audiences. This role will also be required to actively contribute and support broader strategic initiatives as part of ANZ Private's Wealth Strategy Program.
Role Location: open to Melbourne or Sydney Role Type: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week) What will your day look like?As Investment Relations Analyst, you are accountable for:
Supporting communication channels for ANZ Private, to enhance and protect the reputation of the business unit.Working collaboratively with the wider CIO and Private Bank business to implement proactive communications campaigns and activities that are aligned to strategic objectives.Coordinating investment content, presentations, reporting and campaigns including events.Understanding and identifying investment communication needs of internal business partners (and their external clients) and enhancing investment communications accordingly.Helping to deliver broader wealth related initiatives including client experience and product related projects.Management of external relationships with third-party investment providers.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Relevant experience in communications, ideally with exposure to markets or financial advice.Strong understanding of the investment management industry, investment products and client needs would be beneficial.Demonstrated investment copywriting & execution of communication and event plans including measuring outputs.Ability to think laterally and creatively, demonstrating the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of an organisation.An inherent understanding of how best to tailor investment information to suit the needs of internal and external stakeholders.Visual comms skills such as video editing, graphic design, infographics and experience in podcasts would be helpful.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to a high standard.Previous experience managing products or external third-party relationships would be beneficial.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
