ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for two new Investment Analysts to join our expanding Investment Management team at Scape.
As our Investment Analysts, you will play a vital role in our dynamic and growing team, participating in all aspects of investment management – from finding, executing, managing, and reporting on real estate investments.
To excel in this role, you will need:
A degree in finance, commerce, property, or economics (preferred).At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, or funds management.Knowledge of the Australian real estate investment market.Experience with cash flow modeling and investment valuation methods for new development projects, core assets, and portfolios.Excellent numerical and financial modeling skills.This position is based in our Sydney HQ office and requires working on-site from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
We offer flexible work options, such as starting or finishing early or working from home occasionally, subject to approval from your manager.
