Job DetailsJob Title: Investment Analyst, Asset AllocationJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: Melbourne or SydneyFull Job DescriptionCbus' Asset Allocation Team is responsible for setting the asset allocation of Cbus' diversified investment options. Key aspects of this new investment role include contributing to investment process updates and enhancements, providing support to other team members, and participating in the fund's asset allocation process.You will be conducting research into macroeconomic and financial market issues that are important to portfolio outcomes, including both short-term cyclical issues and longer-term secular trends. You will contribute to investment thesis from a bottom-up perspective.For your success, it is beneficial to have around 2-5 years of investment experience with core competencies in quantitative analysis and modeling (preferably with the ability to code) and a deep interest in financial markets across multi-asset classes.You will be part of a small team and must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate findings and collaborate with other members of the Investment Team.
