ABOUT THE ROLE Add value by working effectively and collaboratively within our teams, liaising professionally with members, complainants, and disciplinary panel members.
Contribute to innovative and efficient processes while being part of a supportive and energizing work culture.
Key responsibilities: Investigate complaints initiated by the Professional Conduct Committee and members of the publicPrepare matters for committee meetings and disciplinary proceedingsCommunicate with relevant parties on complaints and progressEnsure compliance with legal and ethical obligationsAssist in training disciplinary panel membersABOUT YOU You are fair, professional, self-reliant, and results-oriented.
You communicate openly, maintain high standards, and adapt easily.
