ABOUT THE ROLE Add value by working effectively and collaboratively within our teams, liaising professionally with members, complainants, and disciplinary panel members.
Contribute to innovative and efficient processes while being part of a supportive and energising work culture.

Key responsibilities: Investigate complaints initiated by the Professional Conduct Committee and members of the public Prepare matters for committee meetings and disciplinary proceedings Communicate with relevant parties on complaints and progress Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations Assist in training disciplinary panel members ABOUT YOU You are fair, professional, self-reliant, and results-oriented.
You communicate openly, maintain high standards, and adapt easily.
What you will bring:
