As a not-for-profit social enterprise, our mission is to improve the lives of Australia's children and their families.Reporting to Head of People, The Investigative Authority position acts as the point of contact for allegations into a range of workplace matters pertaining to Child Harm.
As part of the wider People and Culture team the role ensures procedural fairness in following our investigations policy that delivers well-reasoned outcomes.Responsible for providing advice, guidance and support by connecting Goodstarters and leaders to the tools and resources required to make informed decisions.
