About the organisation:

About the role:
As the Investigations Officer, you will be tasked with undertaking receipt, assessment and investigation of notifications and complaints under the Education & Care Services National Law, and the Children & Young People ACT in support of the greater branch. You will be highly skilled in conducting investigations and the draft of witness statements, and facilitating correspondence relevant to investigations.

As the Investigations Officer, you will be tasked with the below: Receive, assess, and investigate notifications and complaints made pursuant to the National Law, the Education Act and the CYP Act.Conduct investigations, interview relevant parties, draft witness statements and correspondence relevant to investigations.Document evidence in investigations of notifications and complaints in accordance with record management requirements.Provide comprehensive and sound reports and recommendations for Triage and Case Management committee and all corresponding compliance actions and outcomes.Demonstrate professional, proactive, accurate, efficient, and confidential customer and regulatory focused services to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the development and reviews of relevant policies and procedures.To be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Divya Arora on 6151 9211 or email ****** and quote the above job reference number.
