Every hour, Foodbank Queensland provides 3,000 meals.  Each week, Foodbank Queensland supports 150,000 people in need. Each year, Foodbank Queensland rescues 14 million kilograms of food and provides 26 million meals to people in need. Your Role Reporting to our ERP Specialist, Foodbank Queensland is looking for an Inventory Systems Coordinator to continue with the on-going development and implementation of our ERP (Pronto). This role is critical in ensuring that our ERP is optimised in our new bulk warehouse.  
You will also:Support the development, launch and deployment of our ordering website.Ensure staff and key stakeholders continued to be upskilled throughout the implementation.Support Foodbank Queensland's process mapping and development of business process instructions (BPIs) and other relevant training or process management documentation.Assist with all Learning and Development activities as they relate to the 'pick and pack volunteers'.ERP bug documentation, escalation and follow-up.Pronto report creation. Operational and ERP process analysis and improvement .Required Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
