Inventory & Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

We are currently recruiting for an exciting permanent full-time position for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join the team at Florsheim Australia, working across Global Footwear Brands - Florsheim Shoes and Bogs Footwear.
Florsheim is a global company, launched in 1892 in Illinois – we have been making exceptional quality footwear ever since. We have been a staple in Australia for over 50 years.
This role will see you working alongside the Head of Merchandise Planning to maximise sales and profit by ensuring optimum flow of stock at all times. Collaborating with Buying, Wholesale, Marketing, Warehouse and Retail to deliver KPIs with clear and direct communication internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Purchase Order Collation & Raising across AU, NZ and Asia marketsAnalyse and Deliver Product Forecasts monthly Manage order negotiation & follow up with key stakeholdersLiase and Co-Ordinate international shipping using multiple freight forwardersData & Reporting Accuracy and sharing across all functions of the business To be successful in the role you must have:
Have strong self-organisation, analytical, numeracy and computer skills, a good knowledge of MS officeExperience in international shipping, logistics, distribution, inventory management, purchasing and supply Exceptional ability to communicate at all levelsStrong ability manage time effectively whilst prioritising and managing multiple tasksHigh level of attention to detail and solution focused approachAbility to take initiative and learn quicklyA real team player attitude
