They have a strong focus on promoting staff from within and succession planning.About your new role:The role of Inventory Supervisor is a vital component of their success.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to the following:Ensure integrity of inventory held on siteOversee inventory team members and supervise two Team LeadersIdentify and investigate all stock discrepancies and report as requiredProcess inventory issues in a timely mannerMonitor and investigate pallet control transactionsCo-ordinate stock-takes, cycle counts and bin checks as requiredEnsure quality and safety controls are metContinuous improvement of inventory process and proceduresGenerate and review various reporting such as Inventory reportsAbout you:- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, WHS etc)- At least 1 – 2 years' experience within the Logistics Industry as an Inventory Controller- Able to support a growing and fast paced environment- Exposure to Pallet Control- OH&S awareness, following safe work procedures and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures- Chep Portfolio or Loscam Online (preferred however training will be provided)- 3PL experience is essential for this role- Experience at a Team Leader level as a minimumWhat's in it for you:- Excellent company values- Dynamic and energetic company culture- Career progression opportunities- Onsite, covered parking- Global organisationTo apply, please select APPLY NOW or contact Julie Luszczynski at ****** or 0400 824 583 for further information and a confidential conversation.
