Your Role Your primary objective will be to ensure 100% accuracy in stock reconciliation + inventory management for each account. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities To complete daily inventory tasks, including supporting the training of others per inventory management requirements.Evaluate inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.Oversee inventory levels and detect potential stockouts or instances of overstockingEngage in routine inventory counts and facilitate inventory audits as necessaryTo provide weekly + monthly reports as per standard operating (SOP).To ensure processes for inventory claims, returns, damaged goods handling are completed, identifying measures to reduce damages.To identify + resolve identified inventory issues via root cause analysis.To deliver all required of stock counts in accordance with customer requirements + our guidelines.To undertake any other tasks required by management. Your Skills and Experiences We seek for potential, not just performance. Success requires openness about strengths and weaknesses, along with a readiness to push oneself. We cherish diverse thinking, experiences, perspectives, and attentive listening. Additionally, you should have;
Experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable.Inventory Management experience is a must.Excellent Microsoft skills in excel, word, outlook is preferred.Strong data analytical skills is desiredAbility to communicate to various stakeholders, internally and externally.Time management and organizational skills.Customer centric focused.
