Inventory & Shipping Lead - Full Time - Perth, ON
Reports to: General Manager, eCommerce Manager

The Fulfillment Team:
The fulfillment team works to execute processes that provide our high-quality products to clients in a safe and comfortable work environment. The fulfillment team ensures safe and timely movement of our products across Canada.
The Position:
The Inventory & Shipping Lead guides the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment team. This role is for an organized professional, a reliable leader, a problem-solver, and an out-of-the-box thinker. The Inventory & Shipping Lead is responsible for effective staffing, strategic scheduling, and maintaining a low error-rate and high shipping throughput. This role is all about ensuring that every package out the door is truly Top Shelf.
Qualifications:
Experience in fulfillment, logistics, operations, or similar role Technically proficient and comfortable learning new tools Full-time availability Role Expectations:
Oversee fulfillment hub to ensure smooth operations. Tasks include but not limited to;
Shopify online fulfillment Exporting orders and packing slips Create shipping labels Safely prepare packages for pick up Manage local deliveries Sales team fulfillment and shipping support LCBO Direct Delivery Licensee and retail stores LCBO General List Inventory control Office supplies - labels, ink etc Kit supplies Monthly reconciliations Staff management Scheduling Approve hours and vacations Team support and communication Monitor all forms of communication via gmail, slack etc. Conditions of Employment
Physical: Lifting of up to 20 Kg Extensive walking on cement, standing, crouching and bending. The nature of the business and work environment may affect individuals who are prone to allergies. Availability to work a flexible/rotating schedule. Confidentiality
