The Fulfillment Team: The fulfillment team works to execute processes that provide our high-quality products to clients in a safe and comfortable work environment.
The fulfillment team ensures safe and timely movement of our products across Canada.
The Position:  The Inventory & Shipping Lead guides the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment team.
This role is for an organized professional, a reliable leader, a problem-solver, and an out-of-the-box thinker.
The Inventory & Shipping Lead is responsible for effective staffing, strategic scheduling, and maintaining a low error-rate and high shipping throughput.
This role is all about ensuring that every package out the door is truly Top Shelf.

Qualifications: Experience in fulfillment, logistics, operations, or similar roleTechnically proficient and comfortable learning new toolsFull-time availabilityRole Expectations: Oversee fulfillment hub to ensure smooth operations.
Tasks include but not limited to;
Shopify online fulfillmentExporting orders and packing slipsCreate shipping labelsSafely prepare packages for pick upManage local deliveriesSales team fulfillment and shipping supportLCBO Direct Delivery Licensee and retail storesLCBO General ListInventory controlOffice supplies - labels, ink etcKit supplies Monthly reconciliationsStaff management Scheduling Approve hours and vacationsTeam support and communicationMonitor all forms of communication via gmail, slack etc.
Conditions of Employment Physical: Lifting of up to 20 Kg  Extensive walking on cement, standing, crouching and bending.The nature of the business and work environment may affect individuals who are prone to allergies.Availability to work a flexible/rotating schedule.Confidentiality Work with confidential client/company information#J-18808-Ljbffr
