Our portfolio includes globally renowned yellow tail wine and a range of wines from Australia's premium regions including Peter Lehmann Wines Barossa, Brand's Laira Coonawarra, Morris Wines Rutherglen and Baileys of Glenrowan.
What is the role? Purchase materials, stock, equipment and/or supplies at the best price in accordance with purchasing guidelinesRun and review daily spreadsheet reports for ordering requirementsMaintain stock buffer levels in line with Materials Requirements PlanRaise purchase orders ensuring orders are confirmed and supplies arrive on site, on time and in fullProcess stock movement transactionsEnsure pricing in purchasing system is correct for items purchasedLiaise with suppliers regarding ordering, quoting, invoicing, timings and qualityMaintain all purchasing recordsPerform Inventory and Purchasing daily administration tasksAbout You Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn quickly, is comfortable in their computer skills and has good verbal and written communication skills. You will be a proactive team player who has a high attention to detail and time management skills.
Previous experience in a similar purchasing role within manufacturing will be highly regarded but is not essential to this role.
