Looking for an experienced Inventory Controller / Planner to work on site in the Blackwater Region.

Our client specialises in providing innovative software and supply chain solutions tailored to enhance business operations and efficiency.
They have a current project at a Blackwater coal mining site in the Bowen Basin, where they're needing a Warehouse Inventory Planner to join their team.
Your new role
The Inventory Planner will review all released requirements to identify, assess and resolve supply chain risks that pose a threat to scheduled work being completed due to material unavailability.
Planning Review: Oversee the W0 to W+3 planning horizon, checking physical stock and managing discrepancies.
Coordinate with Purchasing to expedite the conversion of Purchase Requisitions and with Vendors for timely Purchase Order deliveries.
Collaborate with Maintenance Planning to align material availability with requirements.
If POs don't meet schedules, advise Maintenance Planning to remove affected work orders.
Daily Review: Conduct daily reviews of exception groups to identify, assess, and resolve supply chain issues.
Material Visibility: Enhance material visibility for better Maintenance Planning by reviewing items with zero consumption for over 8 years and not on a Bill of Materials (BOM).
Decide whether to catalogue these items, assign stock levels, or initiate the scrapping process.
What you'll need to succeed
Forklift Licence – HRWL Driver's Licence Standard 11 Coal Board Medical Previous experience in a similar position Ability to DIDO to the Blackwater Region Have contactable references What you'll get in return
In this position, you will be commencing ASAP on site in the Blackwater Region.
You will be working a Monday to Friday roster.
All camp meals and accommodation are provided to you, and you will be paid on a weekly basis, with super paid on all hours worked.
This position is long term for the right person.
