THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, and as a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Inventory Optimization Lead will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and excellence across inventory management processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Creating and managing an inventory management & tracking process for Raw Materials, Packaging and Finished Goods through a systematic and PDCA based approach.Developing and implementing data-driven strategies and innovative solutions to revolutionize inventory management.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory optimization efforts with overall business objectives.ABOUT YOU:
You will have a passion for food and a drive for continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
Proven experience in inventory optimization, preferably within the food manufacturing, FMCG or high-volume retail sectors.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience with inventory management software.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
