Inventory Officer

Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and downstream processing operation in Australia, located km Southwest of Karratha in the mining hub of the Pilbara.Our fully integrated operation features an open pit mine serviced by the biggest haul trucks in the world, a six-line concentrator and port terminal facilities at nearby Cape Preston.
Our state-of-the-art power station and desalination plant are among the largest in the State.The OpportunityCITIC Pacific Mining is seeking an Inventory Officer to join our Procurement team in the Perth office.Reporting to the Inventory Lead this role administers and maintains inventory master data including creation, maintenance and reporting on inventory records.
You will also monitor, analyse and optimise CPMs inventory.To be successful in the role, you will have: Experience in inventory management systems and processSAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Materials Management (MM) and integrated modules, eg; Plant Maintenance (PM) experienceKnowledge of inventory optimisation principles, MRO analytics and related enterprise software packagesKnowledge of cataloguing standards and techniques.Motivated team player, with good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
