We're excited about the future—and we're looking for an equally driven Inventory Manager to help us get there!The RoleAs our Inventory Manager, you'll ensure that our planning and warehouse operations run smoothly across multiple locations, by ensuring best practice inventory accuracy, space utilisation, and efficient stock flow.
Based at our Dandenong South Fermentary and third-party sites, you'll report directly to the Head of Logistics and play a key role in ensuring our delicious beverages always reach customers on time.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing inventory control processes across all warehouse locations, maintaining stock accuracy and availability.Leading audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure our inventory record accuracy supports great planning, production and customer service outcomes, whilst at same time keeping us audit compliant at all times.Working closely with warehouse teams to ensure efficient space utilisation across 7,000 pallet spaces.Collaborating with production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize stock flow and prevent overstock or stockouts.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory processes and boost efficiency.Taking the lead on inventory and financial reporting requirements.The TalentWe're looking for an experienced Inventory Manager passionate about precision and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inventory management, preferably within FMCG, and a strong understanding of warehouse management systems.What we're looking for:Proven experience managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations.Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.Bonus points if you have:Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (lean warehousing) and a passion for driving efficiency.Expertise in inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.A love for analysing, reconciling, and finding that needle in the haystack.Benefits and CultureAt Remedy, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about what they do, where ideas are celebrated, and results are achieved.
