We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Inventory Manager to assist our client who is based in Welshpool.
This is a fully office based and ongoing role.
Hours: Monday to Friday Pay Rate: Approx $47.00 p/h depending on experience Start date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing - depending on client requirements The Role Some of the key responsibilities of these roles include: To provide overall leadership and direction in the effective and efficient management of investment in inventory and systems.
To maintain a key focus on optimising stock holdings, the role is responsible for driving towards best practice "inventory planning and management" principles to achieve cost objectives as well as excellence in service levels.
Ensure IRA and DRP processes and procedures meet the national inventory policy.
Help foster a safe, efficient, professional and effective working environment.
The role is also responsible for ensuring efficient daily operation of the designated Warehouse Management System/s through liaising with and making relevant recommendation to appropriate stakeholders.
To design and/or implement sustainable inventory & systems models that are scalable to meet business flex.
Experience Required 5+ years in an inventory management position, ideally with high number of SKUs or across multiple brands/products High level of competency in general business software inclusive of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Experience in using a Warehouse Management System, preferably SAP Able to deal with ambiguity and change Strategic thought leader with an active, hands on execution approach Innovative and inspiring leader who drives an engaging high-performance culture Sophisticated change management skills Strong ability to build relationships internally and externally to identify and support cross functional opportunities/ delivery of CSR strategies If you are interested in the role and fit the criteria, please apply online today!
