As part of a global company, our purpose is to bring mobility to the world's communities - for today, for tomorrow and for the better.About The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for an Inventory Coordinator to join the team!In this key role, you will support our Retail Sales team by managing the inventory of marketable used vehicles within Inchcape's financial guidelines and purchasing policies.
Additionally, you will oversee the wholesale process of used vehicles, ensuring compliance with our defined procedures.
This role will also manage pricing for both new and used vehicles to reflect market conditions.
Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, including the Retail Sales team, Head of Sales, Customer Experience teams, and more, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and financial performance.ResponsibilitiesFurther to the above and reporting into the Stock Control Team Leader, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Analyse sales trends and market data to optimize vehicle purchasing mixEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations for inventory managementManage wholesale of aged and unsuitable inventory based on reconditioning policyTrack and report vehicle inventory across multiple locations and sales platformsCollaborate with Commercial Analyst to ensure competitive pricing for new and used vehiclesManage vehicle listings on Autogate, ensuring accuracy of details, imagery, and pricingSupport in-store and online teams to enhance customer experience and repeat businessProduce weekly/monthly reports on stock availability, aging inventory, and wholesale performanceCoordinate vehicle movements between sites and dealerships, ensuring timely deliveries and quality adherenceWhy join us?Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
