Inventory Controller Core Responsibilities Daily management of the safety and wellbeing of a team of inventory auditors.Conduct supportive and disciplinary meetings when required.Daily planning and organisation of inventory auditor BAU tasks.Manage SLAs of tickets and requests to a designated site.Lead investigations into stock discrepancies providing clarity and accurate information to Regional Managers and Site leadership.Manage holidays for inventory auditors ensuring shift priorities are always covered.Other Responsibilities May from time to time be required to cover for regional manager and hold calls with senior business leadership.Represent inventory in weekly inventory meetings providing key points of improvement to site leadership.Escalate quality related issues to Regional Managers.Use BI dashboards to provide home site feedback and precise information on regular defect causes and escalate to Regional Manager when required.Areas of Scope Responsible for inventory auditor productivity and KPIs.Ensuring cycle counts are completed within SLAs.Ticket management.Stock sync investigations.Managing expired staging locations and escalations.Manage amnesty escalating to the operation during spikes.Support Shift Managers and Heads of Department when teams see increased defect rates.Manage ticket closure SLAs and responses.THG is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
