We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our inventory processes.
About the Role: This is an ongoing position, offering a full-time schedule from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, coordinating inbound receiving, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support the daily operations of a high-demand warehouse.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing inventory levels and coordinating the receipt of goods.
- Utilising the Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, to maintain accurate records.
- Conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Collaborating with team members to optimize warehouse operations.
- Applying analytical skills to identify and solve inventory issues.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Requirements: - Previous experience in Inventory Control or Inbound receiving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A forklift license with reach experience is highly regarded.
