About the Opportunity
The Inventory Controller will coordinate with vendors on materials and input data into SAP for orders and goods management.

Duties Coordinate with vendors to fulfill material requirementsProcess material orders and goods receipts in SAPConfirm deliveries and analyze inventory needsCommunicate with key stakeholders, including manufacturing, warehousing, QA/QC, and third-party logistics, to maintain inventory levelsComplete compliance forms, import permits, and update SOPs and work instructionsAdhere to procedures and work instructionsSupport problem resolution related to vendor products and servicesUndertake various project-related tasks to assist the Supply Chain teamSkills and Experience Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices or Healthcare experience is essentialBachelor's degree or extensive experience in inventory control/planningPrior experience in inventory management or planning rolesProficiency in ExcelExperience with SAP order processingStrong communication skills and attention to detailCar and driver's license requiredCulture
