The role We are seeking an Inventory Controller to join our Performance Aviation team at Shellharbour Airport. This role will be responsible for providing coordination and oversight of our Aircraft Stores Inventory, warehousing, and administration requirements for the Aviation division.
Your responsibilities will include: Monitor and coordinate the logistics of stock transfers, deliveries, stock receipt, parts allocation and processing. Generation and issue of purchase orders to suppliers and coordinate parts ordering. Inventory control/regular stock counts. Monitor supplier performance to ensure inventory quality meets business expectations and regulatory standards. Discrepancy investigation. Storage/allocation management. Continuous Improvement and procedure development. Conduct inventory audits. About you We are looking for someone who has prior experience in Inventory control, with great attention to detail. You will have a high level of computer literacy and are quick to adapt to the use of new software programs. You are a strong communicator who has excellent organisational ability to prioritise competing priorities. Experience using Aerotrack and qualifications in Warehousing Operations are highly desirable but are not a requirement to be considered for this role.
