An opportunity has become available for a candidate with transferrable skills looking to expand on their skills or a recent Graduate with at least 12 months of industry experience to work with our client, a subsidiary of a major pharmaceutical brand.
About You - Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Experience with SAP or similar ERP Experience in supply chain and inventory management Team player Intermediate Excel skills About the role - Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to; Maintain the level of materials in production Inventory management Labelling and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording the location of inventory Documenting and recording stock levels leading to stocktake Ensure inventory is managed, put away and disposed of accordingly Picking, packing, labelling ERP system transfers and movement of inventory Take enquiries from stakeholders about new orders and pending orders Basic administration support Assist with master data Contribute to the smooth running of the inventory processes Preferred Requirements Demonstrated skills as an analyst with an eye for detail Proficiency in inventory management to uphold seamless supply chain functions Experience using SAP or similar ERP for efficient inventory control Strong organisational and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred Certification in inventory management or supply chain operations Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous How To Apply Please apply by submitting your resume (in Word format) via the "Apply Now" tab to be considered for the role.
