We are seeking an Inventory Administrator to join our Ballarat Head Office Branch. The Inventory Administrator is responsible for supporting the Branches when New Units arrive.

Key aspects of this include the centralized receipting of wholegoods, updating and recording of information for stock units. This position is important to the overall success of Brandt by delivering and maintaining a standard process for the receipt of all wholegoods.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Centrally receipt all wholegoods supplier invoices and managing statuses in the Dealer Business Systems

• Liaising with Internal Staff and External Suppliers relating to the receipting process

• Assist the Inventory Team with keeping Stock Unit records up to date.

• Promotes a respectful, safe, and accountable workplace consistent with the organization's values, policies and culture.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

• Administration experience preferred but not essential.

• Experience with inventory management systems.

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment preferred.

• Medium Excel Skills essential

High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic
