The Inventory Administrator is responsible for supporting the Branches when New Units arrive. Key aspects of this include the centralized receipting of wholegoods, updating and recording of information for stock units. This position is important to the overall success of Brandt by delivering and maintaining a standard process for the receipt of all wholegoods. Duties and Responsibilities: •Centrally receipt all wholegoods supplier invoices and managing statuses in the Dealer Business Systems•Liaising with Internal Staff and External Suppliers relating to the receipting process•Assist the Inventory Team with keeping Stock Unit records up to date.•Promotes a respectful, safe, and accountable workplace consistent with the organization's values, policies and culture.•Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements: •Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.•Administration experience preferred but not essential.•Experience with inventory management systems.•Knowledge of agricultural equipment preferred.•Medium Excel Skills essentialHigh level of attention to detail and strong work ethicWhat's in it for you?•Competitive salary.•Great working environment.•Advancement Opportunities within the Organization as we grow.•Ongoing Training & Development.If this sounds like you, please apply today!At Brandt, outstanding people and our committed and passionate culture are key to our success.
