ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY   Reporting to the Team Leader Senior Inventory Planner, we are looking for an  Inventory Administration Coordinator to help with processing of various administrative tasks across our Parts Inventory team, based at our Clayton Head office Branch.
This is an initial 6 month contract position with potential to move to permanency for the right candidate.
Your key responsibilities will include the following: Review & Action of Outstanding Order Report.
Processing of Cat stock & Parts Inventory Freight invoices Price Discrepancy Report Manage Parts Inventory Build up jobs (SOS kits and CVA kits) Ensure regular maintenance of Parts System Master Files via Inventory Reports.
Support with Surplus Returns and Special PRA activities ABOUT YOU   You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes: Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively within a multi-cultural and international environment.
Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure and within a challenging environment.
