The production manager oversees all production quality control policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Analysing and improving production systemsImproving sourcing of materials and inventory systemsTraining and supporting staff and developing training materialsHelping promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high moraleHelping develop strategies to train and employ as many survivors and at-risk women as possibleBuilding alliances and partnerships with other organisationsRequired experience and skills include: A Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related fieldTraining and experience in LEAN production and TWI techniques or a willingness to learnAn understanding of sewing both by machine and handA strong commitment to developing opportunities for previously exploited womenExperience of cross-cultural living would be helpfulInterserve is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children.
