During your internship you will:Assist the HR Team with the talent pipeline and employee lifecycleAssist with the employee exit process and related surveys/meetingsParticipate in meetings with the HR Team and hiring managers regarding staff human resources needs as and when requiredOrganise candidate assessment reportsCoordinate candidate virtual/onsite interviewsAssist with candidate communication through the applicant tracking systemFollow up with the relevant teams on candidate feedbackManage posting of jobs advertisements to various websites and job boardsSend out feedback surveys and report on responses for continuous improvement of the onboarding experienceAssist in the development and execution of employee engagement programsAbout You:Have completed or is currently studying for a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.A passion for delivering and enhancing employee experience.Willingness to learn HR best practices and continuously develop.Effective organisational skills including planning and ability to manage conflicting priorities.Demonstrated and proven high attention to detail.What you will enjoy:High-impact work environment — your work will make a big differenceLearn from an agile, highly experienced team with a strong track record in their fieldsA diverse team that likes to have funRegular team building eventsThere is potential for the successful candidate to transition into a paid role, whether Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time.
