During your internship you will: Assist the HR Team with the talent pipeline and employee lifecycle. Assist with the employee exit process and related surveys/meetings. Participate in meetings with the HR Team and hiring managers regarding staff human resources needs as and when required. Organise candidate assessment reports. Coordinate candidate virtual/onsite interviews. Assist with candidate communication through the applicant tracking system. Follow up with the relevant teams on candidate feedback. Manage posting of job advertisements to various websites and job boards. Send out feedback surveys and report on responses for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience. Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement programs. About You: Have completed or are currently studying for a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
A passion for delivering and enhancing employee experience.
Willingness to learn HR best practices and continuously develop.
Effective organisational skills including planning and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Demonstrated and proven high attention to detail.
