KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to solve problems efficiently and meet deadlines.Organization & Prioritization: Manage workflows and delegate effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.Technical Expertise: Accurately interpret engineering standards and technical drawings.Initial Assessments: Oversee all aspects of the initial asset assessment process, from receipt to quotation.Performance Monitoring: Track and understand KPIs within company contracts and monitor performance against targets.Compliance Assurance: Ensure scoping documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer repair standards.Deadline Management: Coordinate internal assessments to meet critical response timelines.Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical assistance throughout the repair process.Production Collaboration: Participate in daily meetings with the production team to address challenges and celebrate achievements.Continuous Improvement: Contribute feedback to enhance Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
