The Role: This is a wonderfully rewarding opportunity for someone to immerse themselves in the diverse student culture of PLC. The International Student Coordinator is an important member of the Student Wellbeing Team, and is responsible for supporting the care and wellbeing of our international students.
On offer is a permanent, Term-time only position, offering the flexibility of working three days per week (0.6 FTE). Perfect for someone seeking work-life balance. The incumbent will be a trusted 'go to' person for international students, facilitating the link between them and the School, their parents and the School, and ensuring their wellbeing is supported both within and outside the school environment.
About You: You will be experienced in working with international students, with qualifications and/or demonstrated work experience in a similar position. Mandarin and Cantonese speaking skills are essential. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a genuine interest in the welfare of international students, the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, excellent organisational skills and administrative skills.
