About the Role:
As the Speech Pathologist, you will report into the Allied Health Team Leader and will be responsible for:
Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating speech pathology services.Developing individualised treatment plans addressing the specific needs, goals, diagnosis, and functional abilities of each patient.Ensuring services balance access, continuity of care, and cost-effective, sustainable solutions.Maintaining accurate client records and required statistical data.Engaging in professional development and contributing to team planning and quality improvement. About You: An experienced Speech Pathologist with more than 2 years of experience.Eligible or hold Speech Pathology Australia membership.Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.Skilled in providing services in both individual and group settings, with the ability to coach parents and carers.Excellent time management and self-management abilities to handle a caseload of clients with varying speech conditions.
