About the role The International Quality Officer is responsible for the administration of the University's Quality Framework including internal and external quality audits and reviews, quality improvement projects, delivery of training and information sessions to staff and provision of advice and guidance to staff regarding quality requirements.
You will: monitor changes occurring to international regulatory and compliance requirements; provide timely and accurate advice to staff about the University's legislative obligations; coordinate and administer processes and practices to meet regulatory requirements including preparation for external audits; registering and maintenance of the University's CRICOS register; and develop and maintain an internal ESOS audit program.
About you As the International Quality Officer, you will have an understanding of quality management and quality assurance theory and practice.
You will have demonstrated expertise in interpreting policies, procedures and regulations.
You will possess: an ability to develop an understanding of legislation, government policy and international compliance issues relevant to a multi-sector university; analytical skills with the ability to conduct research, interpret and understand Higher Education and International regulatory requirements; and experience in planning, conducting audits and managing projects, preparing documents, briefings and reports.
