With a culturally diverse campus life and extensive international exchange and research programs, UTS prepares graduates for the workplaces of today and tomorrow.The UTS DVC Education & Students is recruiting for an International Program Partner to support the PG2027 postgraduate, lifetime learning and global digital growth strategies in the context of the University's Online Program Management (OPM) initiative.About the OpportunityAs the International Program Partner, you will liaise with, influence and support successful implementation of the international OPM initiative. OPM incorporates online postgraduate degrees, offered with the support of an external third-party, and associated new business models for lifelong learning, reengineering processes where appropriate and provides significant support to key stakeholders across the university as they transition into, and adapt to, these new business activities.International OPM represents a significant stream of new business for UTS and is a significant component of the University's PG 2027 strategy and growth in the University's long term finance plan.Day to day, you will:Lead a program of works in developing and delivering wholly online courses offered with the support of the University's external business partners.Investigate and analyse faculty and business unit needs using various tools and methods.Prepare training documentation and assist in the training of OPM stakeholders.Maintain knowledge and skill in areas of responsibility by participating in educational opportunities; reading relevant professional publications and maintaining professional networks.With examples, please outline in a separate document how you meet the following five (5) key selection criteria points below:Ability to understand the requirements for, and co-ordinate the various skill sets required to, effectively lead the business program, leveraging specialist expertise and experience in leading and project management of complex multi-stakeholder transformational technology projects.Flexible and collaborative manner; demonstrated experience in building and sustaining enduring working relationships with teammates, stakeholders and service providers.Ability to critically analyse situations and propose innovative solutions aligned with strategic and business priorities.Understanding of the requirements to successfully lead, plan, implement, deliver and monitor complex and transformational business projects.Proven experience in managing highly complex transformational technology projects within a complex and dynamic project environment.RemunerationBase Salary Range: $117,282 to $133,572 pa (HEW 8)This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.UTS staff also benefit from a wide range of Employee Benefits including flexible work practices, child care centres, generous parental leave and salary packaging opportunities.This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for two years.How To ApplyIn order to obtain:a copy of the Position Description;information on remuneration, benefits, terms and conditions; andfull details of the application process,please click the Apply link to be taken to the UTS website.Closing Date: Friday 10 January 2025 at 11.59pm (AEST)Applicants must have current and valid work rights in Australia.
