DescriptionENOVIS is a leading international group in the design, manufacture and distribution of medical devices. Enovis offers therapeutic and technological solutions to promote locomotor and vascular health, pain management, physical preparation, performance and recovery after exercise.
DJO France, the French subsidiary of the Enovis group, has over 300 employees in France and develops products for the whole of Europe, distributing them to pharmacies, hospitals and specialist shops.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the International Product Manager - Vascular will be joining an International team working with market leading products in the vascular medical device industry.
The primary role of this Product Manager will be focused on the strategic growth and development of the products in the vascular portfolio (mainly compression hosiery).
Identify new product opportunities by assessing portfolio gaps, competitive landscape, and capturing VOC.Utilize market research to properly inform strategy for product commercialization (go-to-market plans, product launch strategies).Develop business cases and present to senior leadership team.Manage commercialization of newly developed products by leading speed to market activities, developing marketing collateral and promotional strategies, as well as training the local teams.Act as product expert for the Intl vascular portfolio.Manage the intl. vascular portfolio & go to market strategy, adapted to the needs of the international markets and therefore is in close contact with the local market managers.Support program development initiatives by providing insights related to VOC and market trends.Translate customer needs, market/competitive analysis into actionable strategies and tactics for the portfolio.Leverage data and competitive insights to continuously evolve understanding of the customer, the competition, market and trends.Develop solid relationships with KOLs and patient associationsAssist with product forecasts to operations to support inventory planning.Monitor sales of product portfolio, using key performance metrics.Own the development and execution of a multi-segment marketing strategy for the Vascular portfolio.Develop and execute annual marketing plans to meet revenue growth expectations.Develop customer segmentation, messaging, and tactics to improve marketing effectiveness.Utilize various communication channels to promote, position, and message to all customer stakeholders.Develop marketing collateral, sales support tools, social media content, and advertising campaigns to drive growth of the vascular portfolio.Assess market and competitive landscapeSupport training/education of new hires.Attend and support industry events, trade shows.Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience in a Medtech industryExperience in medical device: vascular/compression hosiery preferred.Education Master's degree required, preferably in marketing or business related discipline.Product management backgroundDemonstrated critical/analytical thinking ability.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task and meet given deadlines (project management)Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.Ability to understand and adapt to business processes and procedures.Familiarity with executing new product launches.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Travel Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time (intl. travels).Work Location Formation WHO ARE WE? · Ally Fashion is an Australian-based multi-brand fast-fashion destination that provides its customers with value, quality, and on-trend outfits through an enthusiastic, fun, and professional team.
