Join Box Hill Institute as our International Manager (Development) and contribute to the recruitment of international students. As the key advisor, you will provide expert advice and strategic support on international student recruitment, build confidence, and ensure team members meet BHI service standards and financial targets. You will also contribute to the Institute's international strategy, focusing on student marketing and recruitment, global institutional engagement, and maintaining a reputation as a quality education provider.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing input to the Institute's international strategy
* Supporting the Director in seeking new international opportunities
* Building confidence and capacity to offer programs and services to the international market
* Ensuring team members meet BHI service standards, financial targets, and data capture requirements
You will work professionally with employees at all levels across Box Hill Institute, including liaising with external stakeholders such as international agents and government agencies, program delivery areas, teachers, and students.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification
* Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment and or international business development in education sector
* Current knowledge of the higher education sector and TAFE sector with strong knowledge of global trends in relation to international recruitment and international education
* Proven experience in monitoring and ensuring compliance in the international student space
* Excellent record keeping skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in culturally diverse environments and contextualise advice and support
