The Company

Due to the addition of new business about to commence, we are looking for experienced International Logistics specialists to join the team.
The Opportunity
The role is situated within Operations; however, it will have the opportunity to be involved with Customer Service and Transport. The focus of the role is to create a great customer experience, which means the successful applicant will have control of most of the operational process.
Responsibilities

Overseeing global freight movements both import and export for your allocated clients
Liaising with other departments to ensure clients' expectations are met
Processing all documentation associated with each order e.g. commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, certificate of origin etc.
Providing premium customer service and going above and beyond to get the best results

Who we are looking for:
An experienced International Logistics candidate who has had a background in either:

Import or Export Operations - Air OR Ocean
Customer Service focused person
Transport / Cartage

The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to work autonomously in a varied and flexible environment. You must have intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills. CW1 is an advantage but not essential.
