Due to some internal movement and progression, our International Marketing Department is looking for their next Label Coordinator to join the team. The Label Coordinator is the engine of this high-performing and tight-knit team. About the role:
Support the team in driving strategy and delivering necessary assets for the best go-to-market approach.
Provide best-in-class administrative support to the International Artists and Labels team.
Help develop and foster a variety of marketing tools and communications targeted inside and outside the organization to ensure all priority content, assets, and drivers are being delivered to contacts consistently.
Understand the audience demographics that comprise artists' fan bases and develop strategies to engage with fans.
Maintain knowledge of the International artist roster, processes, goals, and overall efforts to ensure a cohesive and effective working relationship with the team.
Responsible for growing and optimizing engagement and audience relationships for Universal artists across social media and third-party streaming platforms, while providing marketing and promotional support to departmental managers.
Create, find, develop, grow, and maintain the audience for the UMA roster.
Generate innovative social and digital communications for our artists.
Create online and offline communities, drive audience engagement, engage the target market, and respond to changes in the marketplace to best represent artists.
Specialize in using in-app editing of impactful short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Support the team with developing Creator relationships and executing campaigns.
Build strong internal relationships and work with key stakeholders internally (locally and internationally) and externally to ensure project outcomes are impactful and measurable.
Deep and ever-growing knowledge of emerging trends in content marketing.
Assist with Event Management as required.
About you:
A deep passion for music and social media.
1-2 years of working experience.
Degree qualified (preferred but not a dealbreaker!).
Experience in social media management of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Experience with basic level filming, editing, and audio recording of live video content.
Basic systems experience across Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Adobe.
Exceptional communicator.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Team player - collaboration is KEY.
Willing to work outside the hours of 9-5 when required.
Able to take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
