The Office collaborates with Faculties and Schools with a focus on expanding international onshore recruitment, student mobility and development of new and existing priority international partnerships that encompass agent networks, student mobility and staff exchange.About the roleThe International Admissions Officer is critical in supporting the achievement of the International Office's Recruitment targets by providing support to the Manager International Recruitment and Admissions in servicing prospective students and agents.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing of applications received for Higher Education, Pathway, and English Language Bridging programs at UNDA. Entry of appropriate student details on Student Management System and electronically file students documents in the system.Preparation of letters of offer and electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCOE's).Preparation of other correspondence, and requests for further information.Coordination of arrangements for issuing of letters of offer, electronic confirmations of enrolment (eCOE's), overseas health cover and payment of tuition fees.Follow-up the processing of applications with faculties/schools and organise any additional information which may be required for a decision to be made including accurate information on the comparability of education qualifications.Liaise and maintain good relations with University agents/representatives regarding progress of applications, payment of fees, University entry requirements and other relevant matters.Qualifications, skills & experienceA Degree qualification in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.Demonstrated experience in International Admissions with a sound understanding of the ESOS Act and National Code.Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues, students and other stakeholders.Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills, combined with approach to problem solving.Ability to operate under general direction, both independently and as a constructive team member to apply knowledge to complete work tasks following established procedures and protocols set by the International Office.Proficient computer skills including databases, Office suite of programs, email and web-based applications.Computer literacy with demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.BenefitsFast paced environment with opportunity for professional growth.Generous training and development opportunities.Friendly and collaborative working environment.How to applyPlease apply online with a resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.Previous applicants need not apply.Applications closing date: 26 October 2024For further information on how to apply, please visit: How to apply | Notre DameApplicants are expected to have current and valid work rights in Australia.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.The University of Notre Dame Australia seeks to increase the diversity of our workforce to better meet the different needs of the University and its stakeholders and to improve equal opportunity outcomes for our staff.Contact usPlease direct your queries regarding this role to Seamie Hanafin, ****** contact from recruitment agencies will not be entertained.
