Key Responsibilities:
Responding to incoming enquiries and directing them to the relevant estimators Providing technical product information and pricing to enquiring customers Assisting with the generation of quotations and proposals Entering and maintaining customer information Assisting with ongoing pricing reviews and market feedback Facilitating open, continuous communication between the sales representatives and internal teams Processing stock orders and assisting with ongoing backorder reporting The successful applicant will possess:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM software packages and their use; experience using CRM software preferred High level of attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing objectives according to priority Electrical qualification and/or familiarity with the electrical industry will be advantageous Experience in a similar customer-focused role (desirable) This is an entry-level role, with wide-ranging opportunities for growth internally.
