We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team in Welshpool.
Job Summary:The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding the client base within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate product information and recommendations.
Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with the external sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer retention.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
Manage customer records and maintain a CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
About you:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or related sector.
Strong understanding of hoses and fittings, or willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
