Our client based in Horsley Park is a leader in the fire protection sector and is expanding its Internal Sales Team. They are seeking a customer-focused and technically minded Internal Sales Representative to be the first point of contact with Their NSW clients. With their HO based in Melbourne, you will be an integral part of their NSW team, you will thrive working unsupervised, but be enjoy the smaller team environment
Key Responsibilities/duties: Action and respond to calls and emails Proactively communicate with customers Provide basic product advice and technical support to customers Produce and enter quotes and sales orders Liaise with various internal departments (including interstate offices) Maintain Customer Relationship Management functions Assist in optimising the Order-To-Delivery process Assist in the preparation of reports on projects Supporting the external sales team Assist in developing relationships with new clients Skills, experience and attributes required: Customer service/sales experience in fire or construction/manufacturing industry highly desirable Strong MS office skills – MYOB experience an advantage Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks and meet deadlines Ability to handle multiple projects and duties High attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and fellow employees, verbally and in writing What's on offer?: A permanent full-time career opportunity with a competitive salary package Work with industry-leading technology and products Career progressionand developmentopportunities This is an office-based role at our new facility at Horsley Park, NSW and may also include off-site meetings, and occasional interstate trip to Melbourne for specific training requirements Due to the high volume of responses, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
