The Opportunity We are seeking a self-motivated Internal Sales Person to support the Burndy division in Welshpool.
As a key support role to Burndy, you will be actively involved in the daily admin, liaising with multiple departments, customers, and suppliers, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the Burndy business runs efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include: Administration, support, and assistance to the Burndy team to ensure the timely delivery of service and seamless running of the business.Preparation of quotes, correspondence, and documents as requested.Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone.Responding to information requests from Burndy team members.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members as required.Skills required: High attention to detail.Be readily adaptable to change and challenging problems.A high level of organisational/planning and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.Ability to multi-task with excellent prioritisation and time management skills.Enjoy working in a team environment.Confidence to work individually and as part of a team.What we offer: An attractive remuneration package.Continued training and education opportunities to support you on your career path.A supportive environment with a strong culture of success that empowers you to thrive, giving you the autonomy and accountability to shape your own success.At Burndy, we're passionate about providing our team with the opportunity to progress their careers and use their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
