Our Retail Construction Industry Sales department is seeking its next Internal Sales Representatives to join the team!
As an Internal Sales Representative (ISR) you will provide support to a select group of WA Retail Construction Industry customers ensuring the customer is maximising the productivity of their Caterpillar equipment and utilising all the WesTrac and CAT services to provide them the best ROI possible to their business. The result of this superior customer support drives increasing sales of genuine Caterpillar work tools, parts, and service solutions. This dynamic individual will be responsible for ensuring regular telephone contact is maintained with proactive management of their accounts to ensure the continued success of Westrac customers within WA.
A diverse range of marketing campaigns aligned with the WesTrac marketing plan, creates a clear opportunity for warm calls that provides the environment for WesTrac to grow market share.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team.
Location: Perth Airport & Bunbury
Roster:  5/2 8.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time)
To be successful the following is required:  Experience within a sales position, including demonstrated telephone sales experience and understanding of best practice sales methodology. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers on all levels. Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software – highly desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads in a high-paced environment. Well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
