About the Role As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be accountable for selling Global Payments' product suite to a range of inbound and outbound leads. Your pipeline will range from small to large businesses with a key focus on educating the customers on our product and services and conveying their value proposition.
Key areas of responsibility will include: Conducting outbound calls to cultivate leads and convert opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients' needs and challenges;Building relationships with prospects and leveraging relationships with existing customers to grow new business;Qualifying and engaging with inbound inquiries;Coaching customers on how to maximize the use of our services;Generating referrals for new business by fostering strong relationships with new customers;Working with a growing team to execute the sales strategy.About You Global Payments is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), with our vision to be Champions of Inclusion.
