Internal Sales Officer

Our client has been providing building solutions in the Central West for over 35 years and is now seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and energetic Sales Support person to join their team in Dubbo on a full-time basis.This is a key role that works across several areas of the business to ensure that the customer receives excellent service - from their initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product.Duties will include:Handle inbound sales and customer enquiriesProviding quotationsProcessing ordersLiaising with the production & logistics team regarding manufacture and delivery of ordersWe are looking for:Previous customer service or telephone sales experienceSound keyboard and computer skillsGreat people skills and the ability to talk to anybody!Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskEnthusiastic, driven, and keen to learnWhilst previous experience or knowledge of the building industry would be highly regarded, this is not essential.Benefits:A supportive and friendly work environment38 hour week with flexible start/finish times (between the hours of 7am and 4:30pm)Competitive salaryLocal business where customer satisfaction is #1 and every team member is valued and importantFor more information, call Melinda on ******** or click APPLY NOW to send your application.
