We are looking for an Internal Sales Officer to join our Flow Division team in Australia.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Administration of warranty processes Provide general administrative support to the sales team including but not limited to quotation of small pumps, mixers, aerators, and spare parts. Assist the Tendering Team in the preparation of tender bids. Provide basic technical support and spare parts/replacement quotations to the Service Team. Ensure error-free transfer of purchase orders to the Sales Order Processing Department. Ensure all necessary measures are taken to ensure that commercial obligations and commitments are in full compliance with group financial and compliance policies. Preparation of quotation reports. Keep abreast of technical information on all internal as well as related third-party products. Ensure all sales processes and tools are being used properly and accurately. Ensure that there is prompt and good quality follow-ups on customer requests and complaints. To succeed in this role, you will need:
Tertiary Qualification – Degree or equivalent Experience in Technical Support Experience in an Engineering background Experience in a similar role What we offer you:
