Your new roleYou will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities include:
Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiriesCounter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.Actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email.Completion of cyclic stock takes and rotating stockStocking shelves ensuring the safe storage of goodsPicking and packing orders that are due to be dispatched to customersSome order processing, invoicing, and inventory control.Understanding and observing standard safety and security precautionsThis is a full-time permanent role based in Mount Isa, Queensland. Work hours are regular business hours Monday to Friday.
